Data controller
Diane Viraboutsady, sole trader (SIREN 491 823 548), reachable through the contact form.
Data collected
This is a showcase site and collects no personal data without your knowledge. No account is created, and no payment is made online.
Contact form
The information entered in the contact form (name, email address, phone number if you provide one, subject and content of the message) is used solely to answer your enquiry. It is neither shared nor sold.
Your name, your email address, your phone number and the content of your message are not stored on the site's server: they are sent by email to Diane's Gmail mailbox (a service provided by Google), where they are kept for as long as handling your enquiry requires.
The server does keep an anonymous count of the enquiries received, for statistical purposes only: it records the date, the subject chosen from the list and the language of the form, and nothing that could identify you.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site sets no advertising trackers and sells no data. It carries out no cross-site tracking.
Site traffic is measured with Google Analytics 4, provided by Google
Ireland Limited. This tool sets two cookies (_ga and
_ga_*) that distinguish one visit from another and record
which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and what kind of
device they use. Their lifetime is limited to 13 months, and the data
is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics.
This measurement is only enabled after your explicit consent. Until you accept, or if you decline, no Google script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set. Declining has no effect on your browsing.
As Google is a US company, your technical data may be transferred to the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework to which Google adheres.
Hosting
Technical data (server logs) is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, within the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. To exercise it, use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
